WAR IN THE UKRAINE
05/92
Bastard hunters stand winter snows
hard lined faces,
hard lined souls,
evil men all, each to their own
they shelter their hearts
with swastikas and bone.
Bewitched footmen hot in the sun
their battle was lost,
begins now their run
onward march metal, amour and man
to their last breath
until their last stand.
Bedeviled soldiers stiff on the ground
their eyes without sight,
their ears without sound,
here they shall lie, time upon time
forever forgotten,
forever sublime.
Besieged borders afire in the spring
their cities are fallen
their measures are mean.
Sifting the rubble for scraps to survive
when cold winter comes
they'll be eaten alive.
Behold bastard hunters amove on the night
their spirits forsaken,
dead wills alight,
their booted feet still march the land
searching for solace
in the dark thoughts of man.
